These are my work outfits from Tuesday-Friday. It has been incredibly hot here, particularly in the middle of the week (photos #2 and #3) when nothing would do other than loose, silky pants. These two are my only ones of this type, and I wonder if I should get one more in a lighter neutral (grey, taupe, caramel) considering that I do not like to repeat bottoms within two weeks?
The blouse in today's outfit is my first Kate Spade item ever and I am in love. It was another incredible Rack find at 85% off, the same day when I found my my pastel Equipment blouse at equally ridiculous price. The little caramel mini-wedges are new as well.
#1: Had a stressful dentist appointment, so dressed primarily for comfort. First time I wore a knitted top to work in weeks!
Aqua wrap silk jersey top - DVF, white straight jeans - J Brand, metallic loafers - Born
#2: Wore my crochet top handmade by my Mom.
Cream top - Mom (<3), slouchy navy pants - BR, snake skin wedges - Bandolino
#3: Head-to-toe in loose silky items, the only way to sort of survive the extreme heat and humidity yesterday.
Pink silk top and olive silk cargos- BR, tan braided belt - Zara, snake skin wedges - Bandolino
#4-7: My favorite outfit of the week, Added the vest to tone done the boldness of the print for work.
