After reading Angie's post about the return of black cord necklaces, I went digging in my jewelry box. I identified a few possibilities and already put one of them to work. It is a bit more boho than my usual style (and the versions on Angie's post), but it complemented my outfit so well that I decided to go with it.
White and blue combinations are my absolute favorite in summer. I truly can't get enough of these light and airy combos which remind me of the beach and the seaside (my favorite type of summer vacation!)

The cobalt shirt in the first outfit is 100% linen and it wrinkles! I am absolutely ok with it, though. I think it is part of the charm of linen.

And in other news, it's Birkenstock time in my part of the world. See you in the fall sneakers

Sarah - the shorts are from MANGO. They are new to me, but I checked the tags and they are from 2022 collection.

Roberta - I haven't been stopped on the street, yet. But I frequently chat with random strangers about my hair in social situations (doctor's assistants, sales assistants, pharmacists, DMV clerks, etc.). It usually goes something like this:
- Your hair is beautiful! Is it natural or a dye job?
- Thank you, it's natural! (At this point some of them are convinced, but others refuse to believe me and will continue the conversation, but I sense that they will doubt my hair's authenticity no matter what I say :))
- I would have let my hair go grey if I knew it would look like this.
- Have you tried it? You can't know unless you give it a try. I am sure it would suit you!
- No, no, no. Mine won't grow like this at all. Yours is totally gorgeous!
- Thank you! But give it a try, you never know.
- Oh, no, no. I can't. But yours looks great!
- Well, thank you, I am sure yours would too...

So on and on it goes until one of us gives up
I try to encourage people as much as I can, but I know from experience that even if they are already contemplating going gray, everybody needs to do it on their own time.
