WIW - slouch & skinny - YouLookFab Forum

I can't seem to put up more than 2-3 photos at a time - is there a limit or maybe my photos are too big? No worries I don't mind doing a few at a time. Here are a couple of WIW's from Friday/Sat.

Friday - picked these slouchy khakis up a year ago and have yet to wear them! First outing, and although the photo doesn't seem to show it, they are fabulously slouchy, and became even more so as the day progressed. But, do I look like a Home Depot employee in the photo??? Somehow the photo doesn't look nearly as slouchy and fab as I thought Oh well, maybe the photo is lying...either way I don't really care :). Another thing the photo tells me - crossbody strap is too short - but I usually swing the bag part right around to the back so not too fussed on that. I know many people are fussy about pants lengths and rolls. This is about as short as I go without feeling frumpy...could it be b/c my calves are wide and I don't like to roll to there? Does it look ok?

Saturday - pouring rain day - changed into this to go for a casual dinner:

Skinnies - American Eagle
Shirt - Oak & Fort
Scarf - ?
Boots - Born

Both oufits are beautiful on you. Casual, effortless, chic. You defiantly don't look like any home depot employee I've ever seen!
I'm having the same issue with only being able to load 2/3 pictures .I am curious to see what the solution is.

Both outfits look great on you! I love the fresh softness of the white and khaki. I hear you on the roll of those pants -- I have the same issues with my calves because if I go much higher with rolls they tend to "stick" when I sit down and I have to make an adjustment. Sometimes shortening the pants so you only need a thinner roll helps (at least if you do not plan to wear full length.)

Thanks for all the kind comments. Angie - I'm loving my Bocage booties too! The funny thing is that I picked them up on a whim when I was actually hunting for and buying black booties last year in Paris. I've worn the white ones a ton, and the black ones only once (which was this week and I'll post). The white ones have a nice suede-y snakeskin texture which I love.

Both outfits are fantastic! Like Suz said, I would e-mail Greg about the photos. I've never had that problem, and I sometimes post a lot of photos at once. I always save my photos as JPEG files, and at a low resolution (Quality= 3 if I'm using Photoshop).

The booties and khakis in first outfit look great together. The roll length and slouch are perfect and no, you do not look like a home depot employee. I love the lighter colour scheme of this outfit. Do wear these khakis more often.
The second outfit is just what you need for a casual dinner on a rainy day. Hope you had fun.

Two great outfits! I especially love the lighter one but tooootally understand why you changed into the other (it was raining cats!!). Slouchy is often hard to photograph, the amount of slouch gets lost easily.

(And may I say, WOW those are some gorgeously high ceilings you've got there!)
