WIW - Seersucker jacket

I took Angie's advice and wore the seersucker jacket over white and faded denim. At least I am pretty sure that was the suggestion. I wanted to go casual. I may wear the pants too later in summer but wanted to wear jeans today. It felt like a casual Monday with the rain and cloud.

Suggestions for improvement?

NIce! The top has a lovely texture that plays well with the seersucker itself. I love seersucker in summer!

Very cute! That jacket looks fabulous and the white top looks crisp and lovely and I love the texture. With the rain and clouds, I'd suggest a bright, sunny top underneath as another option. I have a striped, slightly darker blazer and I love wearing color underneath it because it is so neutral. So, not a suggestion for improvement, but more options!

Oh I like this look! It's got such a lovely casual feel but still very put together. Nice mix of textures and soft colours. I'm with Suz - I love seersucker!

This is a nice and clean outfit, I like the jacket, jeans and flats together, they should form the basis of many outfits.

As for tops, the one you're wearing is classic. Some other ideas -- introduce a bright color (grey goes so well with brights IMO). Or wear a collared shirt.

I agree with Denise that introducing a bright color, perhaps through a different top would be quite stunning too.

I can imagine the texture of the jacket and this s a beautiful and soft look.
I know I am not being very original here but have you tried the jacket with a colored bottom?

Scrunch the sleeves? White jeans? This is a nice casual look! I drool over the searsucker suit at Brooks brothers every summer. I wish I played crocket.
