These pics are taken right after I get home, so the hair is more than a bit tousled or flattened.
This has been a challenge for me. The weather remains just on the other side of "not cool", so I really can't wear fall stuff. And I struggle with being sick of the hot-weather clothes I've been wearing since May. I have sneaked in some new things, and slightly-too-warm things, to help cope. These aren't all totally inspired, but I didn't hate any of them!
Monday (1-3)
New to me vintage skirt, very lightweight floral blouse, pink pearly shoes, and blue cardigan to try to tone it down. The skirt is a smooth, cool nylon, very lightly batted and quilted. I'm looking forward to pairing it with darker sweaters and shoes in the winter. Bonus: The handwritten receipt for "dues" I found in one of the pockets. Dated 1958.
Tuesday (4-6)
ASOS navy scuba knit dress, white blouse/tee, mint cardigan, and 40s/50s shoes. Mint flower earrings. I really like the sweetheart neckline.
Wednesday (7-9)
Green and black giraffe (?) print high waist jersey dress, black New Look shoes, black cardigan. Rise gold jewelry, just to be different.
