The dark and rainy weather sometimes makes me want to wear cheerier colors, but not today. I'm taking advantage of cooler temps to finally debut the burgundy Rag & bone Dre jeans. I may end up regretting not sizing down since they are feeling roomy already (maybe I have lost a pound or two?), but we'll see how they fare after a day of wear and then a cycle in the laundry. I guess I won't mind some easier fit skinnies, so I think these will be ok.
Ugg Finney moto boots for dealing with big puddles, simple grey Tahari long-sleeve tee, my studded black belt, Calvin Klein quilted black bag, and the Zella quilted jacket from a couple of years ago. I like the play of the two quilted textures and a little shine in the dark outfit. Also wearing a moonstone pendant my dad gave my mom for a gift many years ago. Today would have been dad's 89th birthday, so I'm missing them both.
