As you all know, I’m not a stranger to oversized outfits. However, I’m careful when it comes to outwear. Actually, until recently, I only had one oversized short wool jacket. I bought this trench this year as an experiment - want to try wearing heavier layers under it. My other trench is classic and the cut doesn’t allow to wear bulkier pieces like a sweatshirt, underneath.
It is still too cold for me to wear a trench on its own, so put a vest on. This vest is new, too and I was influenced by RunCarla’s great layered outfits, (thanks, RunCarla). Both items came from Uniqlo.
Other pieces are old - wool sweater and woven joggers are from COS and knitted oxfords are Cole Haan.
I took pictures before I left house for the office. In all transparency, I also show you a photo of me wearing my dull bag I use to carry the laptop to work. Not the greatest look but I refuse to consider buying a better bag for work.
