October is always a busy month in our family with two birthdays - mine and DH’s. This year it felt extra busy. We returned from a trip in the beginning of the month (both got a cold on the way back). DH went straight to work, I took care of vacation clothes plus switching our wardrobes to the fall seasons. We went to concerts, met friends and celebrated my big birthday. I’m 60. I have trained myself to say it since the beginning of this year and it still feels unreal.
I promised myself to take photos of my daily outfits and here are some of them.
#1. My two purchases from a trip to Spain - a cashmere sweater and a dark burgundy bag. Jean and shoes are navy.
#2. Out for coffee with a friend. Changed a bag before leaving to a navy bag.
#3&4. New casual blazer. Changed the glasses.
#5. Wore to a medical appointment
#6&7. Wore this to a concert (symphony orchestra). Took my “Stella” out - a small Stella McCartney bag, a birthday gift to myself.
#8. Sorry for the light, a linen striped shirt is more bright in good light. My experiment in pairing light blue and brown.
#9. New more fitted cotton cardigan with an asymmetrical zipper from Kotn, my first purchase from the brand.
#10. A warm outfit for a walk with a friend.
Hope you all having a nice Sunday. It’s sunny here and I hope to go for a long walk with DH after we get our flu/Covid shots.
