I've taken a pair of very wide leg chinos from J. Crew that I got on sale and cropped them...I posted about it a while ago and finally got around to making it happen. I also had the pockets sewn up.
Please let me know if you think these work? The rise is very high, which I have to watch because if the waist slips down I get a fold at the crotch point. I wore them yesterday, though, and they seemed OK.
They are fairly stiff and wide. Do they look OK? Are they cropped enough?
