I went thrifting with my sister on Friday and bought 4 tops, a dress, a necklace, and jeans to be cut off into shorts. My favorite thrift store is organized by item and color, not size, so I usually get overwhelmed trying to look at tops. This time I limited myself to just the purples, pinks, and reds which are colors I wear a lot and I had more success. I'm Team Wear so wore them all this week. Some of these outfits need refinement though.

#1 - Cropped purple shirt. I plan to wear it layered over tanks like shown here. This was at the end of long day of traveling so please ignore the no make-up, hair undone look.

#2/3 - Purple and black shirt. I think I should have worn black shoes. The bag picks up the white in the shoes, but I'm not carrying the bag most of the day at work.

#4 - Pink silk shirt. I like the colors here but it's not my favorite outfit. The skinnies make me look like an ice cream cone.

#5 - Peach shirt. This top is almost exactly my skin tone and I'm not sure yet how that's going to affect it's usefulness. I added a scarf here for some fun color. I ended up retying the scarf so it's infinity style, which I liked better.

Thanks for looking! I'm still experimenting with these new items so any comments or suggestions are more than welcome.
