Here are 4 recent shoe purchases. I actually have one more pair on order. I've decided I need to stay away from "cute" shoes. Not in the sense of the generic shoe compliment "cute shoes", but shoes that are actually cute (think round toed ballet slippers). I want my shoes to add a more modern/arty vibe to my style. I hope that makes sense to someone besides me. I feel like none of these are cute - pretty, modern, fun; but not cute. All pairs in shown in the Finds below. The flat sandals are the same shoe but mine have a different fabric.
#1 - I screwed up and forgot to send these back before the return window closed so I attemped to wear them. I think they're a little too long. I'm going to see if they'll fit my sister who wears a slightly bigger shoe size than me.
#2 - Fun flat sandals with colorful hectic pattern. I bought them last fall and this is the first time the weather has warmed up enough for shorts and sandals.
#3 - New blue perforated sandals. I love these and I'm looking forward to more outfits with them.
#4 - New black heeled oxfords. These are super comfortable. I'll probably only get a few wears in before it gets too warm for anything except sandals. I'm looking forward to wearing them with rolled jeans too. Also, why is it cold enough in mid-May to be wearing tights?!?
Thanks for looking and any comments/suggestions are more than welcome.
