I found them! Low heeled (well, for me, anyway) pointy toed black pumps. I was originally thinking more of a kitten heel - these are about the max heel height I would settle for. They're NIne West and I found them at TJ Maxx. Comfy and they stay on without a heel insert. I'm excited to wear them with pants too.
