I'm so excited that I finally found tall black boots that fit! I've been looking for a couple months now. I finally ordered 4 pairs from Amazon with free shipping and free returns. They all specified 14" circumference, but only one pair actually fit. All the rest were too big. Here's the link since Amazon's pictures are much better than mine.
