This is what I landed on. It was a VERY casual office, although I did not see or interact with more than one or two people. I was comfortable and appropriate, I think. I had put inserts in my shoes but it caused my foot to not "seat" right in the shoes. Later I took the inserts out and the shoes were more comfy after that. Go figure!
