WiW - More snow coming

We've got freezing rain at the moment that is supposed to turn to snow. So, not wearing what I had palnned!

Grey wrap top - Jones New York
Cami - Ann Taylor
Trousers - Talbots
Bracelet - gift from MIL
Boots - Ecco

I thought about a necklace but was not sure about breaking up the neckline. I tried it with the blue cami breaking up the pants and top and leaving it hidden. I think I am leaning toward hidden.

Any thoughts or recommendations are much appreciated!

Brrrr! You're doing very well in spite of the weather. I'm amazed that you can stand to have your wrists and neck unswathed, but then I'm a real wimp when it comes to cold. The pop of color provided by your cami is very pretty at the neckline. I think I'd tuck it in so that all the attention is drawn to your neckline. I'm leaning toward "less visible layers" lately, so that might have something to do with my preference.

I like the blue peeking through at the neck to bring some color into the outfit. I would probably add some jewelry just because I always feel unfinished without a little extra sparkle, but I know many people like the minimal no-jewelry look. I think the neckline of your shirt fits wonderfully and I can see why you would be hesitant to break that up with a necklace.
