I have become a real team white player thanks to Angie and YLF!

#1 and #2 are two parts of one day. I started out with #2 but by mid-morning I had to change. The white jeans are vintage YSL boutique (thrifted). The bag is one of those things you never know you want until you thrift it. A older Bracchialini bag that I didn't know I would ever use until I did. #5 is a close up of the turtle that won me over. I think I like the sleeveless version better, do you agree?

#3 is a pair of cropped, dropped crotch pants that I have been trying to style for years. I am sure they were in one of my first posts. This is my latest attempt - not sure about the top here.

#4 sporty luxe? I am not sure if I pair of pink keds count!

Suggestions for pairing with #3 and anything else very welcome. Thanks for looking!

Wow!! These are amazing. The white pants are so fab -- a hint of sailor in those buttons. I agree with you about the sleeveless, but the other version is also good.

You've done a great job styling the pants in #3. Love them! Is the top from Zara? I like the crispness of the white here.

#4 is a really different silhouette for you but super fun!

I can see why that bag won you over. It's your wild card. A strangely boho-ish piece that somehow works with all your modern stuff.

Suz you are right - it is a Zara (TRF) top that is supposed to be cropped but on me it is just shorter than usual and I thought it would work with higher waists. And thanks for your comments!

Love all of your white renditions! You look so amazing in blue - and I know I've said it before (I think) but I love love love your hair! Your dropped crotch pants outfit is great! And I really like your sporty-luxe look too What a cool red (or is it pink?) top! Love the lines of that - it is soooo unusual.

I think the dropped crotch pants are great on you and I like the pairing with the white top.

Woooo lots of white Both renditions of the first outfit work nicely to me; the second is just more classic looking. Are those the DV ankle flats in #2? They look super even without the strap showing! I don't have any wider pants hemmed for flats but if I did I'd definitely want to try mine the same way. The pants in #3 look fun, can't really see the dropped crotch-ness of them with the bag there but I can tell they are slouchy goodness. I like the cropped boxy top with them. A high-low top would also work well, or a semi-tucked long soft top where you can emulate a more dramatic high-low hemline (that's what I like to do with my bucket-top bottoms). Interesting top in #4! The front placket and poofs at the sleeve ends are unexpected. Pink Keds count! Yay for turtle and fishies ^^

Wow, love them all! I especially like the long-sleeved shirt with the jeans, for some reason. You look so cool and casual there. The red/pink shirt and white rolled pants is terrific. Of course I like the arty shape of the top on you. And the fish and turtle bag! How neat is that!
I like how you've styled those terrific pants in #3. Another idea might be trying a semi-tucked top of some sort.

Love the bag with the fish and turtles! I also really like the top in #1 and also wonder how it would look with the drop-waist pants. And the shoes in each outfit are all so different and so perfect.

Having stayed up late (for me) for my son's graduation from elementary school (!), I couldn't imagine a better way to wake up then to read your lovely comments. Every single one of them!

One of my first WIWs featured those blue drop crotch pants, I will try to dig it up, but I know I wasn't very happy with the results. So I am thrilled that you liked this year's attempt jackiec, texstyle, Shannon, Firecracker and anyone I missed due to my lack of sleep.

Aida I love your suggestions. (I always love your suggestions.) Because the top of the pants have a sort of paper bag effect I have to be careful because it hits the super widest part of me. More apparent (by a yard) in profile of course.

Aubergine and Firecracker, there is something about turtles in particular that appeals to me. Related to Angie's thread yesterday, I would say they speak to my homebody nature.

Amy, JAileen, Ummlila, Beth Ann, LA Celeste, fastkat, Elizabeth, Melllllis, Joy and everyone I feel like I have received an enormous group hug. I hope we actually all get to have one one day!

I adore the shoes in #2. Is that a hint of purple I see?? I am also always a big fan of white pants and blue top. I just think it's a no-fail combo. I also think this color combo works so well with your hair color. Fabulous!

The white jeans look terrific on you. I like both 1 and 2 and have a slight preference for 2, but then again, I love button down shirts – the rolled-up sleeves almost match your hair, which is your best accessory. The fab fish/turtle bag is second I love all your different silhouettes on these.
