Well it has been a crazy time here in Israel. I will leave it at that since I am here for distraction !
I noticed that I have been wearing a lot of pink lately. To wit:
- These flares are part of a vintage denim suit! I have had it for years but this is the year it seemed right to pull it out.
- Have had this pink/salmon vintage coat for years and have shown it before. Dereta London.
- I have also shown this vintage pink trench - one of my favorite finds!
- DH and I attended an unusual daytime wedding and here we are. Recently thrifted St. John skirt.

Anyway, what do you think? I notice that I am an omnivore when it comes to shades of pink. Do you gravitate toward a certain colors in phases? Thanks for looking!

No wonder you are a pink omnivore! Pink loves you in all its permutations. I love every one of these, but special shivers of joy for #1 and #4. And the trench in #3 seems so Jackie O!

I seriously want to steal the shirt in #1. That is the type of pink I most like to wear and that most likes me. It can be difficult to find, however, and I know myself well enough to know I will not wear a softer, lighter pink, even when it flatters.

I have been following your news with concern but won't say more since we are all here for distraction!

Looooove pink and love you in pink! I’ve been wearing a lot of yellow lately and even have yellow nails atm. I gravitate to bright color when I am stressed!

I enjoy wearing most shades of pink and am particularly glad that bright and mid-tone pink is available after years of blush pink dominating retail. Whilst my love of pink and lilac is always constant, I have been circling back to wearing blues and greens again and love that cobalt and mint seem to be trending again.

oh, to answer your question: I wouldn't say I gravitate towards certain colors in phases, I gravitate towards the same colors since ever (cool shades and lots of blue).

All the shades of pink are fantastic on you, and I love every outfit here. Your pink finds are enviable! As always, I am admiring your hoops, bags and shoes too.
Overall, my color preferences don't change much, but I do get a craving sometimes for a certain bright to perk up all my greys and blues. Right now I'm looking for a certain cantaloupe shade.

Fabulous! I love the first outfit in particular, and the coral-ish pink coat is so good.

I am sometimes drawn to pink, but if it's either too bubblegum or pastel, it feels all wrong for me. Or if it's too bright, I can feel too conspicuous. I saw a pretty hot pink top in Anthro yesterday but it felt too bold for me, as it was also oversized --I am a little bit of a wimp with color, LOL. I have these shoes (Find below) and nothing to go with them, so sometimes I'm of a mind to find a top that works with this color. A print would be more in my comfort zone, but I really don't need more prints in my closet.

I hope things settle down peacefully and with an outcome that preserves democracy and stability. Sending you all the good vibes.
