WIW - is this how you wear capri's

Another pair of pants from the give away pile.
I used to love capri pants then I heard or watched on a fashion show that they were a don't and developed a poison
Eye for them. Now I'm reconsidering.

So trying Angie's advice and wearing an ankle strap.
Are these stumpville/ frumpville or can they be worked with?

All feedback appreciated.

Bonus - DD after 3 hours of soccer - she becomes an eating machine the rest of the day.

wear them. I have never paid much attention to that stuff about not wearing capris. I wear all lengths of mine, depending on the weather, the place I'm wearing them etc. I could never understand the reasoning about the length of capris, or any pants, when it is perfectly fashionable to wear midi skirts any and all those lengths. What the #$#@ is the difference when the same amount of leg is showing?

They look just below knee on you so this is supposed to be the proper length, I think..anyhow yours look totally not frumpy to me. To me the stumpy looks is when one looks like one is standing in a whole-You certainly don't look anywhere near stumpy. I seldom see anyone who actually looks stumpy, but then that is just me..

I think these are great on you. Slim leg, good length.. Thumbs up! I have always liked and worn capris, but definitely need to be careful on the stump factor. It's all in how and where the hem falls

Please keep these Capri pants. The way that you are wearing them looks great. The fact that they are slim helps. I think at first they fit like tight bike shorts or were wide at the bottom and stumpifying. DD is so cute.

Maybe you could also try the exact outfit but switch out the t shirt for a blouse as an alternative dressier look too?
With a jacket maybe?
