WIW - inspired by Ornella's TTLYIW series

I was inspired by Ornella to have a look at my WIW archives. I don't take outfit pictures everyday, but I had one from February 18th so I couldn't resist.

The new outfit is a lot more colorful with the scarf and would probably be truer to the inspiration without it, but the scarf purge yesterday made me want to wear it once again.

How nice to see you then and now. Without reading the text I had hard time figuring out which outfit is recent, but the hair was a giveaway. I think shorter do makes you look so much more sophisticated.

I like both but prefer the latest outfit. There is more structure, which is a personal preference as is seeing that colour on you. I love that dress on you and I'm so happy it came out to play.

Yay for polka dots! Love that jacket too. I really like the cropped hem vs the longer hem in the cardi outfit from last year, although it's nice too.

Your wonderful bob is reminding me I need to go in for a cut!

I'm also starting to prefer more structure in my outfits, but I'm not sure how to best implement that with a casual style since I can't imagine being in jackets or blazers all the time.

That cardigan is a really great meriono wool, so I still enjoy wearing it as lounge wear.

It's the perfect length for skirts and dresses even with my short waist, I'm really glad I found it.

I love the update. The pattern mixing in the scarf and dress is wonderful. I love the deep green on you! Even if I am a huge fan of blackwatch prints I think the gray sweater adds too much volume around the hips (black watch tapered trousers could work). The length of the sweater & your hair seems to drag down the over all look. Wonderful update!

That green jacket is a favorite piece of mine in your wardrobe - you look so incredible in that color. Great pattern mixing with the dress and scarf and like Suz, I adore your shorter hair.
