Well! After 2 years of postponing, my cousin was finally able to marry his fiancé at the beginning of September. It felt so good to celebrate again and be with family and friends! All precautions were taken and everyone was fully vaxxed.

It also felt lovely to wear saris again, after a couple of years of mostly loungewear.

I name my saris, abs below I am wearing:
1. Pumpkin spice
2. Carribean sunset
5. Lavender fields
Bonus pics of the family the last one is my mum and I!

I adore saris made of really fine silk and embroidery, but they usually cost between $500-$1,000. so Most of the saris I wore were found through diligent thrifting or bought from a house sale where a woman with a sari shop was selling off her stock.
