Lyn, I got the short cut about a month ago and it was already time for a trim so had it cleaned up today.

Claire, Shannon, Sharon, Suz, Ceit and Angie, thank you so much for the compliments. I was still not positive about the pants and feel better now.
Kary, I was debating on the booties too. I didn't want to do black on black and needed something with good coverage since it was snowing a bit. I will give it more thought - tomorrow.
Dinner was lovely. We went to a nice french restaurant (Resto Gare) and they had a small jazz band playing. We had a nice leisurely dinner and a chance to chat and catch up without any men.
I got home and went downstairs and Tony had picked up and assembled my new elliptical trainer while I was out so I got a present too.
