Thanks to everyone for the advice on the accessories for the Xmas party. I ended up going with the black shoes, earrings and a bracelet. I took a pic of the okalas but went with the SWs because they felt a bit more comfortable and were tested for dancing. Its a good thing because the music started shortly after dinner and within a minute the dance floor was crowded. We spent about 2/3 of the evening dancing and had a great time.
I was a bit surprised by how many of the women were wearing black with some type of beading or sparkle and navy. The last few years I've been seeing more red and purples. It ended up being very warm in the room and I took my sweater off shortly after we started dancing.
Its funny but I thought I looked better than I do in the pics.
