I originally showed these in a K/R post a couple months ago. The general consensus was that they didn't fit quite right and should be sent back. I had every intention of returning them but got distracted by the holidays, they got placed out of sight during a cleaning frenzy and I missed the return window. So now that I'm stuck with them, I'm trying to make them work. They may have shrunk a little in the wash (or I gained a few pounds) because they seem to fit better now. I let the hems out to make them longer.

They're definitely louder than I'm used to wearing. I don't especially want my clothes to fade into the background but I don't usually like standing out too much either. However, I really love the pattern and colors on these (floral with reds on a black background) so I'm trying to get used to wearing something louder/more colorful than usual.

I'm thinking these could also be worn with a black blazer, a white button down shirt, a teal button down, chambray shirt, etc. I'm looking forward to wearing them with sandals and peeptoes when the weather warms up.

So what do you think of this first attempt? As always, thanks for looking and suggestions and comments are more than welcome.
