Green is a great color for you in #2. I like the top with its detail, and the sandals as well. All the pieces work so well together.
Look #4 is awesome! That wine colored top is very flattering to your hair. Even though your shoes are the only blue item in your look, it seems to fit the look rather than appearing random. I think those pants help with that, as well. I like that you chose solid colors for the top and shoes, that really allows the pants to be the focal point. Even though this outfit is casual, it looks classy, as well. Pulling off both in the same look is not easy, and you have done so marvelously here.
Look #3 is my favorite on you of the 4. You have managed to put together a look that is both a little bit casual and a little bit dressy at the same time. That combination, when done well, looks awesome, as it does here. I like the transitioning that you have done; the t-shirt a little darker than your hair, transitioning to the all black skirt (dress) marvelously, then with the casual and the dressy right next to each other. The sandals can go either way, so work well with both of the other pieces, and are a great choice for this outfit's footwear.
BTW, it appears as though there is a small wedge on those sandals, maybe 1-1/2"...am I correct?
