WIW - dresses and patterned skirt

I'm still catching up on outfit posts which you can tell by the missing washing machine in the first photo. Angie will probably think these dresses are all too short. I'm comfortable in them when they're short, loose, and worn with flat shoes, although I don't generally wear this length to work.

#1 - I love this T-shirt dress and wear it a lot on weekends but I rarely get photos of it.

#2 - I love the 60's feel to the pattern and style of this dress. Hopefully it looks cute with the white sneakers.

#3 - I wore this on my birthday to go to lunch and do a little shopping.

#3 - Casual work outfit with patterned skirt. I don't wear this skirt much as it really needs a shorter top (only have one or two) or a tucked top (don't like to tuck).

I don't think they look too short....you've got the legs for shorter hems! I like all of these on you.

Aren't comfy dresses nice for hot weather? They seem to be my go to for casual wear in the summer as I don't love wearing shorts. I plan to keep that in mind for next year and shop early to add a few.

I don't mind the length at all either, nice and Summery. Really loving the mod-vibe of the second dress and so fun with the white sneaks.

The first T-shirt dress sounds like a real workhorse, and it looks fab with your metallic sandals. The sandals seem to work with everything as they are equally great with your birthday dress;-)

Super fun polka dot skirt too, and once again, excellent footwear!

You have the gams for these, not too short. In fact, if they were longer I think they would look *off* unless you were wearing heels. My favorite is #2.

I agree that the dresses are not too short for you. Actually, the length suits you well. You have both the body build, and the legs, like so many have said, for that length of dress. Be proud that you can rock them so well :-).

I don't think they are too short for the workplace, wither.

All of the outfits look great on you. Your #4 outfit seems to make my point; even though it is still above the knees, it looks really long on you. Not in a bad way, though. I like how the skirt transitions the black top into the white shoes.

I agree with Donna's comments.

The #2 dress is a high activity look, so tennis shoes seem appropriate for that dress. It's actually a great look if you plan to do a lot of walking.

I am partial, though, to #1 and #3. Both actually work so well with your hair. #1 gives continuity, while #3 gives a complementary contrast. Those sandals seem to be a neutral that can work with almost anything. The metallic sheen draws my attention to your lower half, giving them their rightful attention in the looks.

I agree with Susie that your hair is very pretty. I'd actually like to see it a little longer. I think longer hair will work well on you. Not every woman can rock it, so take advantage of that ::-).

That 60s vibe in No. 2 should be part of your signature style. Simple, cool and chic. Looks very fab with your hair, but not at all costumey.
