I am not sure this is JFE but I am wearing it anyway and will adjust the pant length if it is suggested. I chopped a pair longer straights and then washed to get the fringing and really like how it looks. The outfit, though, leaves me questioning my top choice. I am not sure about the topper, either. What do you think?
