Today was a very binary day. I had a meeting for an organization I'm on the executive board for, so I was trying to look a little more put together than usual. That said, I work at a university, so that means jeans are still appropriate. But instead of my usual tee + cardi/sweater, I grabbed a blouse and recent blazer I'd picked up at Loft. I really like the lack of collar on it and liked the look with my bootcuts, which I haven't been wearing as much recently.

Then, tonight a friend was hosting an (ugly) holiday sweater party. I ended up heading right to the party from work, so I popped my blazer off and the sweater on with my winter boots and ran out the door. It's actually a men's small, which is why it's a bit big on me, but I liked it and I felt it fit the theme without being too holiday-related. Perhaps not the most flattering, but I guess that was kind of the point.
