I dunno if this can be considered "current" but for some reason, I felt like wearing these old pieces today.

The sleeveless black sweater is from
H&M at least 7-8 years ago. The skirt is WDNY from Macy's also at least that long ago. The skirt is really sentimental to me because my mom bought it for me while we were shopping together. I doubt I'll ever get rid of it, even though my style has moved away from such overtly boho pieces. Hopefully the streamlined sandals, top and jewelry nudge this into a bit more sophisticated, yet easy, style. It's a comfortable outfit for a hot day. Sandals are Cole Haan.

Comments & suggestions welcome! Especially any suggestions for styling this old but still loved skirt. It's a bit big on me, so it sits low on my waist -- I've thought about taking it in so it fits better, but I usually just wear a long fitted top like this to counteract all that volume.
