Good Morning!

Another week, another WIW. This time I have my slouchy straights on.The new red slip-on sneakers are getting some play (I LOVE red shoes) so I flipped the hems up.

This is pictured with one of the oldest clothing items in my wardrobe-- a poly crepe t-shirt style blouse. I enjoy a lot of aspects of it and find it VERY comfortable, but recently have started to feel like maybe the proportions are a little off-- maybe it is a little short when work with jeans? Any ideas?

No expert here, but the proportions look great to me! You've really found your perfect jean in those Gap 1969s, too.

I'm intrigued by your belt. Is it super-comfortable?

Thanks, Jenn! I am a big fan of these jeans and am starting to wonder if I need to stock up-- I don't love some of the newer styles half as much (the resolution denim is great, but the cuts aren't quite as good on me).

The belt is my favorite-- I was turned on to it by another forum member and I wear it almost everyday because it is invisible under a t-shirt and super comfortable as well as very adjustable. I got mine on discount from a black friday deal, but with as much as I wear it it would be worth the full price. I also have a couple of leather belts I wear as well, but this is the super versatile one that is part of my "living out of a suitcase capsule" -- I never wore belts until I found the Hipsi.

Elly, you look terrific. The pop of red in those shoes is pure delight. And aren't those Hipsi belts the best? I though mine was awfully pricey, but I do really find it wonderful. I got a navy one and might spring for another colour -- especially if you say they have Black Friday deals!!

I think the tee looks good on you, but only you can judge how it feels. I guess the more recent tops are more obviously hi-low, so that might be part of the issue?
