I did not actually leave the house in either of these. I was very pleased with myself for finding a white turtleneck to play with, but my daughters told me my shoes did not match and made me change in #1 and #2. I can't tell if it is good weird or just weird weird.

It was warm enough for my open toe shoes one day last week, but I could not decide about this top. These thrifted Zara pants have very narrow belt loops so I dug out a very narrow belt to fit them. Then I took it off. Then I put on a sweater - not pictured.

Please comment freely - neither look made it out of the house but nothing ventured nothing gained, right?

Pic #3 is k-word worthy IMO Shevia! I love everything about this - there's such a fluidity to the outfit - like I want to see you walk in it (I'm sure that sounds completely weird). And those peep toe booties are to die for! May I ask what brand they are?

As for the first outfit, I think I like it. The bookending with the white turtleneck and the shoes works really well. And the longer the jacket makes the whole outfit more arty.

Shevia, with respect to your gorgeous girls, I think the light shoes are fab in #1 and #2. I don't think they have to match. Angie wears different shades of white and creams together.

#2/3 is also fab. Both outfits have that arty and slightly edgy vibe with a dash of elegance. I insist you leave the house in both of these:)

I completely adore both outfits. The first one is so quirky and refreshing. In the second one, somehow the femininity of the peep toe echoes the soft femininity of the drapey top.

Shannon, I am sure it was unintentional but you cracked me up. The thought of me gliding along in my fluid outfit and then tripping just won't get out of my mind. I am laughing as I type!

Janet I am not sure what magic Angie has used, but I have gone from profoundly skeptical of white/cream/bone shoes to completely obsessed. Maybe I am trying to bookend the white hair I am now letting grow out (also experimental).

Deborah - I think my girls objected mostly to the bone shoes not matching my blue jeans. These are girls who will wear purple sparkle sweaters, striped red leggings and a black plaid skirt without blinking an eye. I humored them this time, but they are going to have to get used to these shoes!

Shevia, I love both of these so much! I'm a huge fan of your style, which manages to be both interesting and cohesive, and these outfits feel like a natural extension of your already fab look.

#2 and #4 are KILLER. I'm going to pull style rank over your gorgeous twins I'm afraid:). I adore the mismatched whites! Totally "good weird".

I am so glad Angie said K2K because that was my thought when I opened the pics. I actually gasped. GORGEOUS!!

I LOVE those shoes and that outfit is amazing!! So simple yet so dramatic. You are giving AE a run for the money.

And #3. Well. I can say nothing except SPECTACULAR. You look so effortlessly elegant and beautiful. And yeah, I, too, am lusting after those shoes. Shannon, I am not sure you and I can really justify the cost on these beauties given our climate. Shevia can wear them about 10 months a year for CPW will really go down fast.
