WIW - Angie's Challenge x 3 - YouLookFab Forum

Full disclosure - I didn't see the dates on Angie's challenge so started early - last weekend.

#1 - This is another example of the old-fashioned prints that I love. Someone called them "grandma's furniture" prints, although I don't think this one quite qualifies for that description. Also straight leg jeans and white boots which I'm loving this season.

#2 - I wore this to a my sons' soccer tournament. It had snowed the day before and there was still snow on the soccer fields. I needed to be warm but I still wanted to look like me and not just pile on a bunch of gear. The boots are waterproof, warm enough with wool socks, and tall enough to keep my legs warm. My coat was burgundy but I didn't get a picture with it on.

#3/4/5 - I love asymmetrical items but don't have many of them. I wore this long tunic worn with polka dot pants and a long pendant.

#6 - Snowy soccer fields.

You are rocking the white boots! And, the asymmetric tunic over leggings, is a very "you" look- practical, yet interesting!

I love that long tunic! so fun with the dotted leggings. And the first print is great. I don't see grandma's furniture, I see Jacobean embroidery and Indian block printing.

The white boots just make every outfit. I would call the print retro rather than furniture, but maybe that's the same thing. The scarf and over the knee boots give you a great adventure vibe, and the tunic plus long pendant were made for each other!

These all have your signature clean, simple lines. I love that print blouse with your jeans; I would call it a medallion print, and it doesn't remind me of anyone's furniture--haha! I like how the white boots echo the white in the print.

Your tall boots are super stylish as well as practical for the snowy soccer fields--well done! I like the asymmetrical tunic, and you look at ease in it.
