These outfits are all fails. They're not completely terrible but I think they could have been improved.
#1 - Those purple tights were actually brighter in real life. Much, much too bright and they went into the trash at the end of the day.
#2 - There's too much going on around my neck. A white, non-turtleneck sweater might have looked cleaner.
#3 - A different necklace would have made this look less... dowdy? frumpy? not sure what the right description is. I had originally planned on grey boots and that's why I picked the grey necklace. But then the boots were a different grey than the skirt and top (which are already two different greys) and I just couldn't deal with all the non-matchiness, so switched to black booties.
#4 - The black booties I'm wearing in #3. They have a cool architectural fold that I really like but it doesn't show up in the pictures. They're black suede - it's just the flash making them look grey.
