Yes, I still wear bootlegs (nothing makes a curvy gal look longer), and I'm joining the legging party late. I avoided them even in the 90's! Nothing fancy, but here are some casual looks from the past week:

1. Carsons jacket (last year)
Denizen by Levi jeans (long enough for heels!)
Dr. Scholl sandals (new and very comfy

This jacket appears "shorter" in the photo than it seemed in the mirror. I think I'll try it with a skirt next time. It's great for warm days and has a lot of energy, which I needed at the time! I'm finding myself drawn toward a longer jacket silhouette, longer and still fitted with lower buttons, like the the Gibson riding jacket several YLFers have. Any thoughts?

2/3 Same jeans and shoes
Loft Outlet Sweater, cardi from the Rack
Pendant from H&M

Not sure about the waist surrendering here, but I love the neckline and the color. I've included a backview (which I really resisted doing) because I think the dolman sleeve and waist surrender are making me look more rectangular than I appear in most of my clothing. Also -- love these jeans (ppl -- woo hoo) but the pocket placement seems a little wide. Who places pockets on jeans? At least these aren't "blinged out." Next, I'm looking for a terrific pair of straight legs -- not skinnies. Old style straight!

4. Ponte sheath -- Old, can't remember where I got it!
Leggings
H&M striped top
Lifestride shoes
I think I look like a mime. Oh well, I was comfortable. This would work better with a little more color.

5. Denim shirt dress from Kohl's (last year)
Cami and Leggings
Target wedge sandals from last year
I think this is a more successful look. I wish this dress had a bigger collar, but I like the sleeve length.
