Here's my version of Angie's dot formula, along with her flats, jeans, and buttoned-shirt formula from earlier in the week.
Jacket -- Carson's -- I'm liking the longer length and lower stance.
Top --- JCP. Not my best green, but I like the softness and the playful print.
Pants - wide legs with cuff -- J.Lo for Kohl's. The fabric is wonderfully substantial.
Patent belt
"cage" sandals. Next time I'll probably choose booties
pic two: Switched the pants for bootcut jeans. I don't have tapers and just wasn't in the mood for skinnies! I also added patent flats.
How is the black working for me? I have no intention of going back to the nineties, but I'm wearing more black again. I think I do well with high-contrast, but I don't want a harsh or washed out effect. Unfortunately, the first pic is blurry!
