OK, there's been a lot of "shoe discussion" lately on the forum. We all have our likes and "never, no, nevers." Well, I know Keds -- the old blue-sticker-on-the-heel, almond toed canvas numbers, don't get a lot of love. But four things brought them out of the closet for me last week:
1. I saw them in a feature in Glamour magazine (so, maybe they won't automatically make me look old)
2. As a teen, I bought a new pair during the last week of school every year. They spelled f-r-e-e-d-o-m!
3. My daughter loves them, because she thinks they mean a trip to the park.
4. They are the BEST for doing my Snoopy dance!
What say you? Matron's Delusion or Retro Dream?
