It’s pretty quiet where I live, since we are observing activity restrictions associated with the rise in cases of Covid and test positivity rates However, I had an appointment for a booster shot, and on my way home picked up a small bottle of sparkling wine for New Year’s morning Mimosas!
I was complimented twice on my outfit. The doc administering the shot liked the faux leather pants and my matching socks (peeping out from the top of my boots when I sat). A woman in line at the liquor store liked the pants too, and that I matched my mask to my outfit.
Mixing old with new! The scarf, bag, and sweater are thrifted. The socks very old and sentimental (from a trip to Ireland). The coat and boots 6 yo and 3 yo respectively. The pants new!
