The old LE sleeveless button down with dark bottoms (in this case shorts) is a FFBO that I paired with a pop of red (pic #1) to make appropriate for a day when red and white clothing is the norm (see pic #2). I’m a little tired from the drive home yesterday after a visit with my mother, and it is crazy hot today - so I wanted something easy peasy. DH and the two DS’s did ‘represent’ with red t-shirts that featured maple leaves and proclaimed their love for the country.
After the parade, we had treats at our favourite pastry shop. On theme, I had a butter tart!
