Today was the start of a beautiful weekend. I decided I’d been procrastinating too long, so tackled some garden chores - emptying containers of spent annuals, picking the last of the tomatoes and composting the plants. Dividing a monster hosta. I cut down some plants, but leave others up for the seeds that feed birds, and for structure in the winter garden. A few things are still blooming, and the insects are busy - but slow.
I liked the look of the multiple layers - especially the plaid flannel shirt over the Marvel t-shirt.
