The Downchild Blues Band played Saturday night at the local theatre. I picked up tickets as a birthday present for DH who celebrated October 26th. He saw the band in the late 70’s, has some of their albums, and is just generally a fan of blues music.
The Blues Mobile was parked outside the theatre all day. Concert fashion was mostly jeans, music/band t-shirts, and leather jackets on the mostly older crowd. Regardless of the ‘older’ age group, there was dancing in the aisles!
I felt like donning a little ‘bling’ - so trotted out my old silver foil t-shirt. I’m wondering if it’s okay, or if the silver is discordant with my hair colour?
