For a while I’ve been thinking of adding ‘no black’ to my ‘no buy’ list. Certainly no black footwear. I kept this in mind when I did an early winter refresh - and picked up some new items in seaglass and brown during two separate B&M shopping sessions. I’ve been wearing the new items quite a lot - including the cream wide leg corduroys (no photo) which I’ve already worn 6 times.
The burgundy Samba’s were a serendipitous find and replace a pair of squeaky Puma’s that would not be silenced (and have been passed on.) They are real leather with a mock croc texture that adds a little something-something, IMO.
I’m always wearing a scarf around my neck, because I run cold. This fruit and flower one is my favourite. My winter outfits seem to be built around the theme of what will keep me warm!
*Seafoam corduroys are Eddie Bauer. No ‘Finds’ yet. iPad is being temperamental.
