Joy, good point about adding some fun to the wardrobe! I tend to wear scarves when outside but should start to do so when WFH too.
Star, thank you for the kind words!
Whidbeygirland Tanya, thanks! I just keep the images of the pieces bought, remove their background (google search "remove background from pictures") and then map everything is a powerpoint presentation. The format is a mix of lessons learnt from Angie and other stylish ladies :).
Slimcat, thanks for the suggestions for the jeans! I may be able to extend their lifecycle with a belt and pair of boots, I'll try in the next weeks.
Roberta, thanks! marking the pieces helps me remember what eventually needs to be replaced. I don't like to leave things at the last minute! Mabel is an effortlessly stylish lady.
Suz, thanks for the kind words on my colour palette! I still haven't reached a healthy BMI but have lost 8 cm from my hips area, I am slowly heading to the right direction and I think that transitional jeans may be the answer this year.
Angie, thanks (from Mabel too) !
I am halfway with the Boden trousers, the right side of the leg has a white line and Mr Minu said that will soon be quite baggy due to the stretch material. I guess I have to accept that this piece may not be in my wardrobe for a long time.
Jaime, thank you for the kind words! Fostering has been a bless for me as I am still recovering from last year and I like to help out as much as I can. We are planning to foster on and off for the next couple of years so that we can do the flat renovation and some travels. Once we have moved back to France, then I can officially become a cat lady !
