Dear YLF,

Hope you are all doing well and enjoying summer.
We have been out and about and it has been fun.
I haven't taken many outfit photos but would like to share what I have and also some comments along the way. Please share your thoughts if you have them, you are my barometer to when I am heading to frumpville.

1- This is Angie's dress formula. I bought this dress to go on my trip but found out that I really enjoy it. With the camel accents I think it works really nicely.
2- I haven't worn this skirt that often because it comes out as too prissy, that is, the outfits I come up with it are too prissy , which is not a bad think in itself but to my daily life it might come out as precious. Any ideas on how to make it seem more casual?
3- I have been doing some horrible things to my bf jeans this summer, wearing them with all sorts of tops tucked, untucked, you name it. They are very comfortable but I prefer my navy slouchy pants at the moment. I think it is the combination of the slouch and the denim that it's coming as too butch for me.
3- This outfit was deliberately thought for a 'white party' that a friend of mine had.Normally I wouldn't wear such a white outfit so I added the dark lipstick. I always find that dark(burgundy in this case) lipstick just shows that I have very small lips but I might be biased here. What do you think about the lipstick?Should I try the bold red lip in the future?
4- I bought this lace skirt recently and have been think of wearing it in kind of the same way I've seen the VC skirts been worn because the material is that comfortable.I have a question on this, though. Are pencil skirts supposed to been worn at this height, meaning should the waistline of the skirt be where it is or does that make the proportions not nice? Do you like the proportions on this outfit?
5-Lastly a very bad outfit photo and a combination you have seen before on Suz but I ended up buying this Zara jacket and paired it with a high low top , my long&lean white jeans and boutique 9 oxfords. Although I still think about the kimono I returned the colors of this jacket work much better with the rest of my wardrobe. (And for those wondering DD and I are dancing in the photo)

And this is it. Thank you for looking and reading .
Your comments would be appreciated.
