… go thrift!

I have really been digging Chloé’s 2025 Spring and Fall seasons, and wound up doing a deep dive into the brand. I made a Pinterest board of all the runway looks that I found particularly unique or memorable (this took me about a month), with a smaller section of looks I might be able to duplicate. I’m going to start pinning ads and editorials as I find them.

I have a good collection of vintage and antique dresses, slips and lingerie, as well as neutral colors in my closet, so I think this is going to be a lot of fun, exploring ideas.

I’ve been playing around and creating outfits, and I notice I like the outfit best when there is a tailored or weighted piece, to ground the floaty romantic stuff.

These two looks were from this weekend. The first was a try-on, fresh from Goodwill (hence the tousled hair and no makeup). I plan to wear it soon. The second I wore out to dinner, although I swapped the bag for something smaller.

I still hold that Carol Burnett was the OG Chloé muse.

Everything except the jewelry is thrifted.

1st outfit: Veronica Beard top, J Crew shorts, Madewell belt, Splendid wedge sandals

2nd outfit: WAYF blouse, Banana Republic shorts, Lauren Ralph Lauren leather belt, no-name chain belt, Lucky Brand platform sandals, Hogan bag.
