Depends on the industry, depends on the job, depends on where you are located.
Not knowing any of that, here’s what I think: you can’t go wrong with simple, classic, polished as your guide words.
Dark pressed pants, simple blouse in a nice fabric, conservative jewelry, clean, polished well-cared-for shoes.
Handbag is complementary to outfit, is also well-cared-for.
None of it has to be new or expensive, but attention to detail and grooming is key.
I say no perfume or fragrance for a job interview.
