Jayne--yes, casual wear has its own challenges and is an area I'm working on as well. I agree, I've learned so much from everyone else by doing K/R and WIW postings that I never would have learned on my own! I would love to see your version of Angie's MOTG formulas.
Manidipa--I think you should definitely try some boots or booties!
Lisa--I agree, I have been mainly wearing knee high boots and haven't gotten into ankle booties much but they look great on everyone else so maybe I'll try them sometime.
Merwoman--I think you look great in the boyfriend jeans from your other thread!
Amy, I ordered the peacock tunic from Nordstrom (here's my K/R thread:

Angie, that black suit was so stunning on you that I'm not surprised you are staying with the suit theme!
Christianne, I agree, nice dressy warm weather tops can be really hard to find. And I totally hear you on the hunt for comfy but stylish shoes. That's on my wishlist too.
Jonesy and Mo, yay Team Volume! I'm a newbie on this team. Mo--you of all people can pull of a romper at our age so I can't wait to see it on you!
Jem, thanks! Yes, fall/winter seems to be easier to look stylish than summer because you can add layers.
Nancy, no need to fear the belt! I didn't even own a single belt before YLF and now I feel like they're indispensable! Try an obi belt!
Sheila, good luck with the weight but in the meantime treat yourself anyways--you deserve it! Maybe some accessories?
Shannon, as a fellow apple I'll be interested to see how your boyfriend Kut jeans work out. Somehow the idea of low rise, baggy jeans doesn't seem like it would work on an apple like me but I think you could pull it off. You seem to be able to do menswear-style and feminine looks equally well unlike me.
Rae, true the tunic does have some waist definition--but you have to agree it is a lot flowier than my usual fitted style. And I have been trying on some other dolman sleeve peasant tops too. I hope you can find some good flats for yourself. And I can't wait to see your DIY's, they're always so creative. I could totally see you making a career out of personal shopping and selling your creative DIY's on Etsy. Maybe you should talk to Nicole!
Joy--would love to see colored or patterned jeans on you!
Nicole, I love that you can do all these widely different looks (goth, rocker, boho etc) and that they still all have your personal stamp and it's totally believable on you whereas it might look costumey on some of us! You have the confidence and ability to wear anything!
