Yes.
As I mentioned in Irina's thread, my area is very casual EXCEPT for events (church, etc). People get dressed UP for that.
I recently went to afternoon tea with some friends and we all wore dresses and fascinators. Just like everyone else in the tea room that afternoon.
Good thing I've been on a roll with adding thrifted dresses to my dress capsule lately.
I forgot to include the handbag when I took the outfit photo but I'll include it in the finds. I prefer fascinators over hats (easier to fit my head). The fascinator is from Amazon.
