#1 is another outing for hi-cons. The scarf is gauzy with silver lining. I am not sure if the ends look too long. What do you think?
#2 is Angie's outfit formula.I find the proportions of this outfit need some improvement. It is probably the cropped length of the denim jacket. I should not have tucked the blouse or may be semi-tuck it. Pants are broken-in khakis from GAP and the boots are report booties. I find them difficult to style, although they are very comfy.
#3 is white L&L with the orange blouse.
#4 is a denim on denim look with white accents. I am not sure if it looks summery enough.

Mona, you look great in all of these!

My favourites are #2 and #3. #2 is just fantastic -- the red with the sage green and white. I hear what you are saying about the jacket but it looks good in the photo to my eye. As for the booties, I know what you mean -- it is due to the loose fit at the ankle, in part -- and yet maybe that is partly why they are so comfortable, too. I wear mine mostly with rolled jeans/ trousers and with skirts. I use them as spring/ summer/ early fall booties and don't really wear them in the winter. At first I thought that was "wasteful" (given how long our winters are) but I have come to see them as a really useful item. I may not wear them every week, but they sort of make the outfits I do wear with them.

#3 is so fab I don't have comments for it.

#4 is great, too, and is perfectly appropriate for the kind of summer we have been having thus far!

These are all super outfits. The orange and white in particular is sensational on you. I think the red booties would also look great with 1 and 4. If you treat red as a neutral of sorts there's no need to pick the colour up elsewhere in the outfit. At least that's my story...

Suz, I think your booties are more versatile as they are a neutral colour. For me, these were more of an impulsive purchase and have kind of become the orphans now. Although, they served me really well on my UK trip last year.

I love #1. KILLER, and the long scarf looks fab with your wild rocker hair. Great white bookending.

#2 is gorgeous too! Very fresh and Summer-y.

#3 is Simple Classic Elegance, and #4 is Modern Minimal Boyish Fabness!

Mona you look fantastic in all of these! I see what you mean about the length of the scarf in #1 and the proportions in #2 and I would try wrapping the scarf around more and untucking/semi-tucking the top just to see but wouldn't be surprised if you end up back where you started. I love the bf's with the high tops and adore #4!

Thanks for the input, shevia. I tried wrapping the scarf twice but it gave more of an infinity scarf look which I don't like during summer. I should try tucking the top with white belt.

I think you look great! I especially like the orange and white outfit. I think the red booties look good with the olive green pants in #2, but I can see how that color would be harder to style than a neutral. I also really like #4 with the denim and white accents.

You look great in all of these, Mona! It's hard to pick a favorite, but that orange and white combination is a real standout. Love the red booties and and those white cons.

I really love this round Mona. So much variety and so copy-tempting (no. 3 definitely in the pipeline soon).
