I get the most compliments on my hair, salt and pepper wavy curly, short, and my skin. People always ask me what I use on my skin...nothing special, cetaphil cleanser, ( keep meaning to get a clarisonic), clinique serum, moisturizer, and eye cream. ( when I was about twenty a beauty advisor told me to wear eye cream every day and I guess it's paid off!). But I have lots of unusual accessories, bags, scarves, jewelry, and I get comments on them , too.
From strangers, I get complimented on looking "too young to have five kids", haha. From friends I get complimented most on my long legs, and on how well jeans fit me, I think. And when I dress up for things like church more than usual, I get comments.
My white pleather jacket from Kate (Ceit) is the individual item of clothing that garners the most compliments.
I got compliments on my hair when it was shorter, but don't with it longer - kinda increases my missing it shorter
At least once a week people compliment me on my skin and often ask me what I use. My mom had beautiful skin even when she was 90, so maybe it is genetics.
No compliments on my physical appearance, and as MsMary commented that is ok with me. From my younger days I can only remember hearing about having high cheek bones, but then polite company is not allowed to say 'nice rack'. Clothing-wise I am known for wearing colorful scarves and sweaters.
