Pewter is a wonderful neutral shoe colour that goes with practically anything, so you have lots of options.

Please post a link to the shoes. I'm tempted by the idea of metallic footwear, and pewter is the direction I'm most likely to go.

I have owned two pairs of pewter footwear and I have found it super easy to wear. I would try with jeans and pants first to dress them down.
