Jumping back in to add that I'm happy you posted the link, because I was about to ask if it was the Nine West dress, but I see it's the Suzi Chin for Maggy Boutique dress. Lovely colors and I like the Currant and the one Abie likes. Like you, I prefer, a sleeved version, but on you, the cap sleeves looks great.

Just to say it again - this dress is perfection on you. Gorgeous!

My goodness, that dress is amazing on you. The draping and color are too perfect - great tribute to the bride's color!

You look so deliciously curvy in this dress! I don't know if you've lost weight, or if this dress is just exceedingly flattering, but you're doing something right!

Not only do you look stunning in that colour and that beautifully draped dress, I'm so touched that you actually chose your dress as a compliment to a friend. So often one hears of bridesmaids reluctantly putting up with the bride's chosen colour that they've never choose... and yet this is the exact opposite and speaks volumes for you, the bride herself and for your friendship.

LOVE the way you accessorise with extra colour; you're so great at that I'd never have guessed you EVER struggled with it!

Also, thanks so much for sharing your friends' beautiful stories with us. It's lovely when a special occasion is that much joy and so personalized --- if any day should do that for a couple, it's this one.

PS: LOVE the black&white with cobalt sash version, if you decide to duplicate!

OMG another brilliant dress from Kari! Love the cobalt shade on you (and I would love to see the print with cobalt sash on you too!)

I should do some sort of automatic subscription service--whenever Kari gets a new dress it automatically gets sent to me too. Because I haven't seen a dress on you that I haven't liked! And when you posted this one earlier, I just had to try it out, so it's on the way here already! Only problem is it never looks as spectacular on me as it does on you! You have the perfect figure for dresses!

Edited to add a photo, #6, that one of my friends took at the end of the night. We were supposed to take sparklers to see the bride and the groom off, and there were extras left over afterwards - so we each grabbed a few and snapped some Polaroid sticker photos for the guest book. I had 5 or 6 sparklers in each hand at this point and a few glasses of wine under my belt. A fun night!

Hey! I just found a new straight size version of this dress with sleeves. I'm thinking about that pretty Seaweed color. What do you think? http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/su.....n=category

Kari, you look like a madwoman with those sparklers. Note to self; must make sure hubby buys me some sparklers for tomorrow!!

I think YES on the sleeved version of this; it's your color and the shape is incredible on you!

Haha, yes, I was having too much fun with the sparklers!

I'm pretty sure I'll order the dress but want to make sure that quasi-duplicating it isn't silly.
